I have been looking at getting a desk organizer with drawers to bring some order to my desk.
This area accumulates so much clutter a little organization was desperately needed. I firmly believe that if things have a place to go that it makes it easier to stay on top of clutter before it gets out of control. Not only does it make the area look messy but having loose pens and papers stacked everywhere will hurt your productivity.
To begin with, go ahead and sort out the items on your desk. It is time to purge unneeded and duplicate items. If you do not regularly use an item there is no need for it to take up space on your desk. A good rule of thumb is to not keep something on your desk that you wouldn't use with a two week period.
Now that you've decided what items you are going to keep on your desktop, its time to find something to keep those items in. I found a few below that will help get things in order.
